A somewhat pointless discussion as we'll never have hard proof of the theft and frankly I think calculon will have more then enough "incidents" documented to back his story of being the wronged party. The clearest evidence of his less then honourable intentions though is strangly enough his own blog. Now just reading the enteries you would get calculons version of events but if you look further into the comments under the entries you'll get a somewhat different story. Essentially he settled on his little "Operation NYarr" shortly after his joining the corp. Below I've included a edited version of the key entry, just taking out non-importent comments to fit the posting limits here on the forums.

To Yarr, or not to yarr?
21st August 2006
ItÆs the age old question that tugs at a manÆs soul. ItÆs the cosmic battle that roars in
the background of everday life. ItÆs the deep-seeded moral issue that intertwines its roots
into and around a personÆs heart.
What is the object of my discontent you may ask? I answer you with a question: ôTo Yarr, or
not to yarr?ö
After giving up piracy last November, I had quite a few plans with where I wanted to be in
EVE come these past few months. Unfortunately, I have found, being the ôgood guyö rarely
offers appreciable dividends. As it is in real life, it is so much easier to destroy than
create in EVE, and this frustrated me trying to play the man of virtue. It seems that no
matter what I do, who I befriend, or what my goals are, outside forces conspire against my
best efforts and render my plans sans success.
Perhaps it is time to get ôback to my rootsö in terms of in-game enjoyment, and return to
the lifestyle of a pirate. After all, that is where Unreal, Frost, Kail, et al really cut
their teeth in PvP. And, as previously stated, it is infinitely easier in tear down than
build up in EVE, and thatÆs really what piracy is all about. Taking from the rich, and
making use of it for yourself. Ok, not just the rich, everyone, but the saying has merit.
I guess IÆm at a crossroads in terms of my involvement in EVE. IÆm having fun in the game
again, but as always my allies are unreliable, my current coporation has no real drive and
determination, and the list goes on. Do I stick it out with them, and continue to live
transiently, or do I once again assume the role of the pirate?

Wellà
First of all, thanks for weighing in on the issue. You guys know that yall are the group
that I like to play with the most in gameàthereÆs a reason why I
recruited/dragged/prodded/forced you into playing EVE with me in the first place.
Thanks to Reza, he and I actually came up with a situation that caters both to the ôYarrö
and ôNot to Yarrö ideals. As such, IÆve begun ôOperation NYarr!ö
(Kidding about the name, but not about the operation itself)

"Just remember, it's not a lie if you believe it." Words that calculon and company seem to live by, but just as in seinfeld doesn't work in life.
